Amid the chaos, Opérasyon Men Nan Men was born spontaneously as a grassroots initiative led by community leaders, to address the dire needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs). From its inception, Operasyon Men Nan Men embraced a holistic, collaborative approach. It provided immediate relief while fostering resilience and dignity among those affected.
