Amid the chaos, Opérasyon Men Nan Men was born spontaneously as a grassroots initiative led by community leaders, to address the dire needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs). From its inception, Operasyon Men Nan Men embraced a holistic, collaborative approach. It provided immediate relief while fostering resilience and dignity among those affected. The operation became a cornerstone of Haiti’s humanitarian response, partnering with global organizations like CRS (Catholic Relief Services), the International Red Cross, and coordinating with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
